	robmhill: Habanero puree style sauce from Mexico. There were stores in the tourist area that sold sauces, but I went to the real town to a supermarket and found more sauces, and these were for the same price but in pesos not dollars, so they were mostly less than a dollar. I bought a bunch, I also bought a kilo of chipotles at the open farmers market, and balls of mole from ladies with card tables. When I got back I bought some skinny hot peppers and ground them with the chipotles heated them in a pressure cooker so as not to loose vapor. The liquid was first some moonshine 190 proof, to bring out oils into suspension, then I added white vinegar and salt and water. I bottled it and put it in the back of the pantry.
