Hi, thanks for the welcome to Foodsville from Grayson, KY!  I really think I am going to like it here with so many new friends who love to cook!  I have never been to chef school but I really want to one of these days.  I have spent about 10 years working in full-service restaurants working my way to head cook.  I have been cooking since I was four, whem my mom would put me on a chair so that I could work at the stove. 

IMy favorites in the cooking realm are baking, meats, grilling and I love to just work at my stove with my saute pan seeing what I can come up with!  My favorite regions are italian, mexican and french.  Even though cooking is my favorite thing in the whole world,  I enjoy friends, especially friends that can cook!!!  We get together and decide on a theme such as mexican.  Then each person cooks a dish within that theme and we all get to try new dishes and have fun just being together.  Well, I hope i get to meet and share with some of you soon!
