Forty year old who's cooked professionally for 24 years. Working his way through various restaurants, caterers, hotels, and private clubs.  I was once a 13 year old who discovered powders, weeds, & malted beverages that erased the pains of my adolescents, causing me to make stupid, selfish decisions that followed me for 23 years, I'm a creative man who keeps the scramble of his bipolar mind in check, his addictions at bay. I have my life together and my priorities in order.  I'm writing a "Heavy Metal" themed cookbook that pays tribute to the music that helped me through thick and thin.  It's a "middle finger" to all those who use to blame metal music's themes and lyrics for the TRUE evils that afflicted our lives.  Join me in my quest to give something back to the vast, hungry musicians who have never let us down.
