I love being in the kitchen. It really lets me get away from all the BS that goes on outside of work. It has been my kinda sanctuary where I can get away. I know it sounds funny but it is true. I really didnt know how much I loved it in the kitchen untill about a year ago when I had emergency surgery and the doctors told me that If I didnt come into the hospital when I did I would have made it through the night. I have had two surgerys to make everything right since oct of 2008. I did get to watch alot of cooking show while I was off.
